The Rude Girl

The Seventh Princess is a mischievous girl, yet she is doted on by the Queen Mother and the Jade Emperor. When she sneaks off to descend to the mortal world, the Queen Mother catches her. But instead of punishing her, the Queen Mother worries that she might be bullied among mortals, so she grants her tremendous, inexhaustible magical powers. Just as the Seventh Princess descends to the mortal world, she unexpectedly becomes a servant girl in a wealthy household. It happens to be the day of the imperial selection, and, to make matters worse, the family's young lady has gone missing. The master of the house sees that Little Qi is beautiful and charming, so he has her take the young lady's place in the selection. Once in the palace, Little Qi shows no regard for anyone and acts as if the law does not apply to her. One day, she catches the emperor's eye. He is handsome and dashing, but also a shameless womanizer. What follows is a romantic love story as the emperor falls for Little Qi and reforms his ways. In the end, Little Qi becomes the mother of the nation.
