Tides of War: Brotherhood and Revenge

Only Nei Lun Long Yi and Uchiha Obito are qualified to take part in this battle! Any ninja below the level of a Kage candidate is no match for any Tailed Beast.

"Young Master, I'll hold it off. I've never actually tamed a beast before, so I want to see whether the Mangekyo Sharingan can suppress it, and how much stronger the Mangekyo Sharingan is than the regular Sharingan!" Uchiha Obito said to Nei Lun Long Yi. He was genuinely curious about the true power of the Mangekyo Sharingan: just what kind of ocular power did it take to control a Tailed Beast?
