Roaming the Starry Sky, Free and Unfettered

The Origin Universe is the most fundamental existence of all. Every world exists within it and depends on it to exist. The Origin Universe is like a computer, while the countless different worlds are like the novels, animations, and games stored on it.

Lawmakers are second-tier beings directly created by the Origin of Origins, the will of the Origin Universe. Though they look like individual living creatures, they are equivalent to great wills.

Great wills evolve from the wills of worlds chosen for that purpose. The Origin of Origins delegates the right to choose to the Lawmakers, but once a great will has been selected, the choice cannot be changed. On the timeline of the Origin Universe, great wills are born at different points in time. Yet the instant a great will comes into being, the Origin of Origins sends it back to the very beginning of the timeline...
