Dream Spirits of the Mortal World

Those whose bodies have died but whose souls endure are called ghosts; those who roam freely across the world, unbound by life or death, are called immortals. Anyone can transcend mortality, become an immortal, and attain sainthood in the flesh. But what about ghosts? Can they also ascend to immortality through their own unrelenting efforts?

He is just a ghost, with no powerful backing, and he refuses to strengthen himself by devouring other souls. On one side, Ox-Head and Horse-Face are trying to capture him and take him back to the underworld. On the other, he must struggle relentlessly against the evil ghosts who run amok in the mortal world. Though he is a ghost, he loves the warm, brilliant glow of the setting sun.
