How to Fulfill Your Hacker Dreams: Computer Hacking

5 Ways to Enable Port 3389

Method One:

I. Tools:

1. IPCScan scanner

2. Terminal Services connection tool xpts.exe, a Windows 2000/XP Terminal Services client. Includes a patch for copying files. Format: IP:port

3. Terminal Services startup script rots.vbs, created by Gray Trail (zzzevazzz)

4. cscript, located in the System32 folder; it may not be available on Windows 98 systems

II. Steps:

1. Use IPCScan to scan for weak passwords. You can scan on your own; I also found some machines with weak passwords. I’ll post the results on the forum later.

2. Use rots.vbs to enable Terminal Services.

Usage: cscript ROTS.vbs [service port] [automatic restart option]

Format: cscript.exe rots.vbs [IP] [user] [password] [/r]

Or: cscript.exe rots.vbs ...
