I Met You Before I Could Say Goodnight

Xu Zhizhi has been keeping a secret for 318 days.

Every night at ten, she tunes in to the campus radio, listening as Cheng Yu wishes everyone good night.

Four years ago, she was Zhou Zhi, the girl who personally sewed him a gardenia-scented sachet and smiled as she told him, "This is a symbol of pure friendship."

He once filled three pages with words of affection, yet never wrote the words "I like you."

Then a family upheaval and two well-intentioned decisions made in the name of "what's best for you" drove the two teenagers, who liked each other, apart in the crowd.

Four years later, Xu Zhizhi meets Cheng Yu again.

She recognizes him at a glance, but he doesn't recognize her.

She becomes the senior he calls "senior," someone who gradually grows familiar to him, and still the anonymous number-one listener who has tuned in every day for 318 consecutive days.

But this time, she wants to know:

If you've forgotten Zhou Zhi, could you still fall for Xu Zhizhi?

This is a story about childhood sweethearts, a reunion after years apart, and two teenagers who don't know how to love, until they finally learn to be honest.
