Soul Seizing and Hunting Counts as Deliverance, Too

Strong female lead + no male lead + mild horror + decisive and ruthless

In the year 3520 of the New Era, a dazzling "snowfall" suddenly descends from the sky, and a gigantic cube appears in everyone's heart, as if it had always been there.

Ten years have passed by the year 3530 of the New Era. The cube has long been etched into everyone's heart. On every Blood Night, three people from each country are chosen at random to take part in Soul Crossing Mode. If they fail to clear it, terror descends upon the country responsible for the failure. After ten years, the country where life had been going very well has become a living hell, with no survivors.

Daxia has been winning continuously, but then an accident claims the life of Lu Li, its pioneer. The people of Xia, proud of their country, are thrown into a panic, and for good reason: countless predecessors have struggled forward on their knees, yet none could match Lu Li's achievements. Even death is only to be expected.

What they don't know is that a young woman named He Zhao, who can remain almost infinitely calm even while teetering on the brink of fear, has been summoned to the realm of the cube.
