The Ten-Day Ascension Game: I Wrote the Rules as a Draft

Qin Jin was dragged into the Ten-Day Ascension Game. By memorizing loopholes in the rules, he countered powerful opponents. Just as he seemed poised to reach the top, he discovered that someone had erased his memories after every round.

On the tenth day, the player with the most chips would ascend to godhood. Yet no one had ever read all ten rules on the wall, word for word.

When Qin Jin woke up, he was already on a sealed floor with thirty other people. No one took the game seriously at first, but by the third day, someone had been pushed down the stairs. He quickly realized that the rules only forbade "directly harming others". They didn't forbid "making someone else give up of their own accord." So he told the person with the strongest fists, Mongo, that there was still hope of survival, and led him to walk into the surrender zone of his own free will. The whole room fell silent. Everyone had to reassess this variable.

After that, he always chose the cheapest, deadliest powers to buy, making trade-offs at every step. Readers could clearly calculate the cost of each decision. Then, in the fifth round, he used "review" to see a scene that didn't belong to him: in the first round, he had stood in the same spot and said almost the exact same thing.

He knew the rules far too well, like no newcomer could. Someone erased his memories at the end of every round, treating him as a piece on the game table
