The Navy Admiral Is Actually the Thunder God of Skypiea

A nobody named Bloodletter transmigrates to Bika, a Sky Island, kills young Enel, and seizes the Rumble-Rumble Fruit.

With the power of thunder, he unifies Sky Island.

He leaves the work to others, hides his identity, and infiltrates the Navy, advancing cautiously at every step.

Using worldly savvy to win people's hearts and his Mantra to read minds, he rises from an ordinary Marine to Admiral, right under the noses of the World Government's crafty old schemers.

The world knows him only as a steady, considerate Admiral who cares for his subordinates. No one knows his true ambitions.

In secret, he recruits gifted individuals like Kuro, Fujitora, Hancock, and Jinbe, building up his strength as he awaits the tide of a new era.

After the Summit War ends and Whitebeard and Ace die, he becomes Fleet Admiral. Then the Dressrosa Incident erupts, and he raises the banner of rebellion, rallying people with a single call. He establishes a heavenly kingdom and reigns over the world.
