Undead

The underlying law of this world is the conservation of star debris: every dead star will drop its own death fragments to the earth, forming a special substance called star debris. Ordinary people who touch the star skeleton will only be corroded into unconscious living corpses. Only a very small number of people who can inherit the will of the star skeleton can become necromancers - they are not wizards who control the corpse, but bone-grinders who can talk to the remaining star will of the deceased. When the funeral director Lu Chen discovered that the "heretic" undead being hunted by the Holy See were actually star anti-phagocytic antibodies, a buffer zone must be established for the dead to accommodate their obsessions, otherwise the world will become an eternal dead zone when the star skeletons wake up.
