Hong Kong Films: Boss Reno, Sworn Enemy of Gambling and Drugs

Hong Kong Island in the 1960s is a lawless, chaotic place, growing wild and unchecked.

For some, it's the worst of times.

But for Song Tianqi, a police officer who has transmigrated with cheats at his disposal, it's the best of times.

His rise begins by riding Lei Luo's coattails.

From then on, he enjoys wealth and glory, holds money and power in his hands, and even the governor has to watch his step around him.
