Naruto: The Shinobi World's Menace, Konoha's Sneaky Rat!

One bizarre incident after another breaks out in Konoha:

The Inuzuka Clan's ninja hounds mysteriously get their fur shaved off, Might Duy's green jumpsuit unexpectedly becomes all the rage throughout the village, and the Third Hokage actually attacks an eight-year-old child.

Behind it all, is this a collapse of morality or a distortion of human nature?

The truth turns out to be a farcical comedy of errors in Konoha.

A lighthearted, cheerful story. Take a deep breath and relax. It's normal if your face gets stuck in a grin.
