Stripped from the Heavenly Register

Three thousand years ago, humanity was erased from the Heavenly Register.

Three thousand years later, Lin Zhaoye, a grave-keeper's apprentice, discovers that the powerful people in the city are using the names of the dead to evade the offering of names.

When his younger sister's name appears on the list of the dead once again, he decides to dig up the city's secret.

Tonight, he will reclaim the names for the dead, and make the myriad heavens remember once more:

Humanity has never disappeared.
