Marvel: Playing Minato from the Start, Sage Arts Against the Hulk

The gunshots in Hell's Kitchen have barely faded when a blond man calling himself the Fourth Hokage throws every troublemaking thug into the middle of the road. Ten-year-old Peter Parker lies on a rooftop, watching the criminals cower on the ground, afraid to look up, and seeing the blue-and-white sphere subdue everyone in an instant.

But the bigger trouble is only just beginning. Abomination is dead, Hulk has been beaten back into Banner's form, and S.H.I.E.L.D. has fixed its gaze on this superpowered man who appeared out of nowhere. Black Widow personally enters this neighborhood, one even the police refuse to handle, ready to use the method she's best at to get close to the Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village.

Wu Chen, meanwhile, needs a wealthy client who can afford to pay a high price. Cleaning up all of Hell's Kitchen requires a legitimate commission, as well as enough compensation to advance his role-playing progress. Since S.H.I.E.L.D. has come knocking of its own accord, getting the two-hundred-kilogram emperor of New York's underworld to move aside doesn't seem impossible to negotiate. If the price is right, the Yellow Flash won't mind shedding light on the city's darkest corner once and for all.
