Showbiz: My Diary Goes Public, and Da Mimi Punishes Me with a Massage

Late-night call: Jiaxing gives in. Donghua Dijun goes to Jiang Li in exchange for his signature on three CP contracts. Reba reads her diary and sees that she has been tied up, her ears burning red.

Liu Yifei toys with her phone, hesitating as her fingertip hovers over the name "Jiang Li" in her contacts. She remembers the diary's line about "keeping the child and getting rid of the father," then recalls how Liu Xiaoli has recently brought up having children several times, only to stop short. Suddenly, she feels that fate really does enjoy playing tricks. Before she can decide whether to contact him first, a text arrives from an unknown number: How much of tomorrow afternoon's announcement of the princess's divorce can you believe?

Yang Mi lies sprawled on the sofa, every bone in her body feeling as if it has been taken apart and put back together. She has figured out what triggers the massage punishment and understands why she took a beating for nothing. She stares at the freshly signed exchange agreement on the coffee table, still warm from the ink, and remembers Jiang Li's conflicted yet secretly smug expression as he debated which woman to choose in his diary. She grabs a throw pillow and hurls it furiously at empty air. She absolutely refuses to become a joke, a woman who has to rely on money and behind-the-scenes deals to keep a man.
