I Transmigrated into CF, and Five Defenders Blocked Me from the Start

Lin Yue, a professional CFPL sniper, dies of a heart attack before he can even pop the champagne after turning the grand finals around with a five-kill streak.

When he opens his eyes again, he's in the world of CrossFire, in the body of Omo, a bottom-rung mercenary. He's wearing camouflage the color of long johns, carrying a beat-up M16, with only 16 bullets in his magazine and less money than he has in his pockets.

The System's first message: You're the poorest private on the server. Find a corner with good feng shui and have yourself a little cry.

Newbie mission: Survive until midnight tonight.

Reward: One random weapon crate worth 3,000 CF Points.

Failure: Permanent death.

Fine. Kill enemies to earn CF Points, get extra money for headshots, and rank up by killing Ghosts. Transport Ship, Black Town, Biohazard Desert, Giant City: he knows every map in this lousy world so well he could walk through them with his eyes closed. Ten years of professional experience are the ultimate cheat code.

The System asks if he wants to give up. He reloads the magazine and racks the slide.

Give up? I never quit a game when I'm playing CF.

From long johns to Marshal, from the Ruined City to fighting his way through Giant City. In this CF world, I'll fight my way from beginning to end.
