The Return of the Young Singers: Entering the Love Apartment Storyline

One year of cultivation in another dimension, a lifetime of ordinary human joys.

One year before the story of Love Apartment begins, Lin Chen unexpectedly transmigrates into this world. He lays low among ordinary people, then ventures alone into the dimension of The Blood of Youth.

He studies under Baili Dongjun, mastering an unparalleled ancient brewing art and high-level martial arts, while honing his cooking to the highest level in both Chinese and Western cuisine. He sheds worldly trappings and becomes clear-minded and steady.

When his year is up, a wedding is about to begin, and the main story officially unfolds.

Lin Chen returns and moves into Love Apartment. He buys the forlorn bar downstairs outright, tears it down and rebuilds it, opening an elegant, traditional-style little tavern called Fusheng. From then on, he puts down roots in Shanghai and builds a thriving business amid the bustle of everyday life.
