Bleach: The Nine-Sin Chain, I Steal the Warden's Place

After transmigrating into the world of Bleach, Jiutiao Jin falls into Hell and awakens nine chains of sin.

Pride, envy, wrath, sloth, greed, gluttony, lust, betrayal... and nothingness.

While other sinners are bound by chains and suffer for eternity, he devours the chains and evolves. When Soul Society holds a Soul Burial Ceremony to send Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto and Retsu Unohana to Hell, he uncovers a shocking secret:

Hell is not a prison. It is the Fourth Realm, sacrificed by the Three Realms.

Yamamoto's Ashen Blade, Unohana's Death Sword, Szayelaporro's madness... all the powerful are ruled by one being: the Warden, Jūshirō Ukitake.

He uses chains of dominion to connect all of Hell and watches every sinner with his Eye of the Phosphorescent Abyss. Smiling, he tells Jiutiao Jin, "Your Chain of Nothingness is the key to breaking the cycle. Please... become my core."

Jiutiao Jin looks at him, half-man and half-phosphorescent energy, and draws his own chain.

"Sorry, Captain Ukitake. I don't want to become your core. I want to take your throne."
