It is based on legal and historical facts such as the Cairo Declaration and the Potsdam Proclamation, and abandons a single narrative perspective. Using figures from the Yuan Dynasty as carriers, it panoramicly restores the whole story of the defeat of the Kuomintang, the ups and downs of Taiwan's economy, iterations of the game between the blue, green and white parties, decades of confrontation and exchanges between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, and the interference of external forces in the game. It deeply demonstrates the blood ties between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait and the inevitable reunification of the motherland. This novel and its characters are purely fictitious.
