Naruto: From the Start, I Receive My Own Urn of Ashes

Five years after transmigrating into the world of Hokage, the honest and steady Genin Li Ran is unexpectedly assigned to support the Kannabi Bridge mission, a mission with no chance of survival!

Just as he is about to become a mere backdrop to the deep bond between Kakashi and his student Obito, Li Ran awakens a System.

There is just one thing: this System is a little on the morbid side.

"Ding! Your personal effects and urn have been delivered. Please check them."

The good news: the System has given him a cheat.

The bad news: the cheat is an urn sent by his future self after dying!

To survive, Li Ran is forced down a bizarre path, helping countless versions of his future self fulfill their last wishes.

"My future self, a rogue ninja, wishes to eat Ichiraku Ramen? Consider it done. Wind Release: Great Breakthrough, acquired!"

"My future self, an Anbu, wishes to have KFC's Crazy Thursday feast? Uh... where am I supposed to find that for you?!"

Many years later, when Li Ran punches through the Divine Tree of the Otsutsuki and stands at the pinnacle of the ninja world, he spreads his hands with a helpless look on his face:

"I owe everything I have today to myself!"
