Pokemon: Pikachu's Older Brother Founds a Nation

Scarface is Pikachu's older brother. In another worldline, he was knocked off a cliff by Xiaozhi and his younger brother, all in the name of something called a bond. When he opened his eyes again, he had returned to Kanto, just as everything was beginning. On a rainy night, he took in an abandoned Squirtle. In a junkyard, he found a Rattata that knew how to do accounting. He competed, fought for territory, and rescued a truckload of Pokemon labeled as experimental materials. One person can be surrounded and killed, no matter how strong he is, so he gathered underlings, built a village, and raised an army. In the end, he would build a nation of their own for Pokemon.
