War of Resistance: You Fired Me? I'll Take American Weapons and Seize Black Cloud Stronghold

Transmigrated into a wartime world that fuses Bright Sword and Snow Leopard, Lu Zhixian uses his military academy skills to rise through the ranks in the Jin-Sui Army, becoming a major staff officer in just six months. After classified information is leaked, the higher-ups decide he's a spy and throw him out with a dismissal notice and a hundred silver dollars in compensation. At his lowest point, he activates the Choice System. The options are: become a rich merchant, join the Central Army, join the Eighth Route Army, or strike out on his own. He picks the fourth option outright and receives a fully equipped, American-armed reinforced company: M1 Garands, light and heavy machine guns, eight mortars, and two hundred elite soldiers. In their first battle, they raid Black Cloud Stronghold at night. Mortars pound the ground as riflemen pick off their targets. Forty-six bandits are killed, and 316 surrender on their knees. The System then issues another mission: grow the army to 800 men within sixty days. The reward is a fully automatic ammunition production line. While the Jin-Sui Army's former commander pounds the table in fury, Lu Zhixian is already digging up an entire iron mine in the hills behind Black Cloud Stronghold and powering up a bullet factory. When a scout reports, "At Little River Village, puppet troops are escorting thirty captured Nationalist soldiers to Green Mountain Town," he chambers a round. "We'll rescue our brothers first, then settle things with the Japanese." Gunfire erupts, and the flag of Black Cloud Stronghold rises in the snowstorm. A tiger battalion that no one dares underestimate has appeared in northwestern Shanxi.
