Ranking the Top Worlds Across the Heavens: A Certain Magical Index from the Start

Gu Chen transmigrated to Academy City five years ago, but he still hadn’t awakened even the most ordinary superpower, let alone become a Level 5.

In this city, where students are treated as experimental subjects, the powerless don’t even count as lab rats.

Just as he was preparing to keep his head down and survive, the Comprehensive Anime Ranking Livestream System finally bound itself to him.

As long as he edits videos shocking enough to make powerful figures from countless worlds watch, he can randomly draw a character template.

The first episode: The Ten Supreme Worlds.

Koro-sensei, Ash Ketchum, Academy City’s ability users, and countless powerful anime characters all look up at once, watching their worlds be reassessed.

Level 5 is only the starting point before the true ceiling, and hundreds of millions of superpowered people might be erased with a single thought.

Everyone is so shaken by the rankings that they question their entire existence. Gu Chen, however, waits behind the scenes for his rewards to be tallied.

Others worry about their world’s ranking. He only cares which god he’ll draw this time.
