One Piece: Rewriting the Era, Starting in the East Blue

After transmigrating into the Great Pirate Era, Ryan doesn't eat a single Devil Fruit.

He has no elemental transformation, no Mythical Zoan, and no Sun God form bestowed by destiny.

He has only one ability, one that is almost like a curse: time acceleration.

While others spend a year training, he spends ten years in a silent gap in time.

While others rely on Devil Fruits, he uses Observation Haki to break down the rules, physical combat to bear miracles, and Haki to replicate the authority of the gods.

The Slow-Slow Fruit's ability to rob others of their rhythm, the Op-Op Fruit's control over space, the Glint-Glint Fruit's logic of extreme speed, the Tremor-Tremor Fruit's destructive shockwaves, the Dark-Dark Fruit's ability suppression...

He doesn't eat Devil Fruits. Instead, he hunts down Bug-level abilities capable of turning the tide of battle.

At the Paramount War, Whitebeard shatters the air.

Ryan raises his fist, Conqueror's Haki coiling around it.

“If a Devil Fruit can do it, Haki might be able to as well.”

By the time the World Government finally notices something is wrong, they realize that this Devil Fruit User who set out from the East Blue has already turned the most dangerous powers on the sea into his own martial techniques.
