In the ancient heavens, all races lived together and the realms were connected. Humanity controlled the central Soul Core of the heavens, governing all races, balancing the Dao, and maintaining order across the realms. They were the guardians of civilization throughout the heavens.

Eighteen thousand years ago, the Outer Void Chaos descended, giving birth to the ultimate calamity of the heavens: the Order-Eaters.

The Order-Eaters were fated to devour the laws of the Dao, tear apart the order of worlds, and annihilate the civilizations of all living beings. They had no emotions or goodwill, only destruction and assimilation.
