Global Trial: Death Row Inmates Kill with a Word

Beneath human civilization lies a system of judgment. Since ancient times, a tiny number of people have been born with the power to judge. They can see the marks of sin on other people's souls and have the right to pass judgment on those whose marks are deep. The public has never known of this system; it is secretly maintained by an ancient organization called the Scales.

A condemned prisoner names three people before his execution. That night, all three die suddenly. The whole world finally realizes: he isn't a criminal. He's a judge.
