The Hong Kong Crime Boss's Rise: From Street Punk to International Terror King

After transmigrating to Hong Kong in the 1980s, Wei Wu becomes the lowest-ranking punk in Hung Hing and goes to prison for three years to take the fall for the gang. Just as his sentence is about to end, street thugs stab his grandmother, but the gang's higher-ups brush him off with four words: "Business comes first." Meanwhile, at Stanley Prison, he binds to the Bounty Hunter System. For every target on the list he hunts down, he can draw their skills, physique, and inheritance.

His first target is the prison guard Killer Hung, who framed him. During outdoor recreation, in the middle of the yard, Wei Wu breaks Killer Hung's spine, one vertebra at a time, in front of nearly a thousand inmates. System notification: This bounty has been upgraded to B-rank due to the execution's unexpectedly impressive results. Rewards issued: Expert Long-Range Marksmanship, Physique 5.

On the day he gets out, Tai Fei is waiting at the entrance. Wei Wu keeps a careful account of the gang's contempt and his grandmother's blood debt. Jiang Tiansheng is still sipping red wine in his Central mansion, unaware that the punk they cast aside is refreshing the name of his next bounty target on the System screen. From Stanley to Kowloon, from Hong Kong to the Golden Triangle, he has only just taken the first step on the path to becoming a kingpin.
