Editing a Countdown of the Ten Greatest Emperors, Setting All Worlds Ablaze

Lin Zhou is so broke he can't pay rent when a pop-up window drops him into the Myriad Worlds Network. On a whim, he edits a video listing the ten most accomplished emperors and uploads it, then forgets all about it.

The next day, System notifications flood his phone until it crashes.

Qin Shi Huang comes across the video and sneers at the words "Emperor of the Ages." "I unified the six states and standardized the written script, and I'm not even at the top?" Liu Che has barely made the list when the System sends down a divine blessing: thirty days of favorable weather across the entire Han Empire, and the people kneel in gratitude. When Zhu Yuanzhang sees two members of the Liu family on the list, he flips the imperial desk on the spot. "I drove out the Mongols! I restored the realm! Why does the Liu family get two spots?" In the Xianyang Palace, Hu Hai smashes a golden goblet. "Where did this Han dynasty come from? Guards, investigate!"

Emperors from every dynasty are up in arms. The rewards list is piling up with Foundation Establishment Spiritual Liquid and century-old spirit wine, while the comments go from "Hurry up and post, blogger" to "Even the production team's donkey wouldn't take this many breaks." Lin Zhou stares at the view count still skyrocketing and at the next topic automatically suggested by the System, "The Ten Most Incompetent Emperors," then silently opens his editing software.
