Hong Kong Films: With Billions of Hong Kong Dollars, I Rule Hong Kong as I Please!

In 1980s Hong Kong, Chen Shaoyu transmigrates into a street punk in Portland Street and binds himself to the "Money Lets You Do Whatever You Want" System.

Spend 2,000 Hong Kong dollars, and the girls working for him go from plain-faced to sweet girl-next-door. Spend 5,000, and any flaws in their figures are fixed on the spot. Not loyal enough? He throws money at them until they are. The three Tony brothers' god-of-war physiques, letting each of them take someone out with a single punch, were also bought with the System.

With this ability, he becomes a pimp on Portland Street. Every girl under his wing is a stunning beauty, earning him the nickname "Handsome Yu" among the gangs.

Then Ham Sup of Tung Sing kidnaps four of his cash cows and threatens to drive him out of Portland Street.

Chen Shaoyu and the three Tony brothers kick down the door and beat Ham Sup to a pulp, then drag him upstairs to the manager's office in front of more than twenty henchmen. They pry open the safe and empty his bankbooks.

"You dare lay a finger on my people?" He flicks away some ash. "I've got money to spare, but you need to be alive to spend it."

From street punk and pimp to god-of-war bodyguard and top beauty, he pours hundreds of millions upon hundreds of millions of Hong Kong dollars into it. The next step: all of Hong Kong. Money can move the gods, and it can buy lives.
