Honghuang: The Cautious Golden Crow, Begged by the Demon Clan to Leave His Mountain

My name is Lu Ya. I'm a three-legged Golden Crow in the Primordial World.

When I transmigrated here, the War Between the Witches and Demons had just ended. The demon race had been scattered, and someone had torn down the Heavenly Court. My father, Di Jun, and my uncle, Taiyi, had both died in battle. All that remained of the demon race was a ragtag band of defeated soldiers.

When I opened my eyes, I found myself lying amid a pile of corpses, covered in blood, with my wings almost broken. I hurriedly checked my System. Thankfully, my golden finger was still there.

"Ding! Congratulations, Host, you have activated the Steady Path to Sainthood System."

I breathed a sigh of relief. Having a System would make things easier. But when I took a closer look at its mission, I was so angry I nearly died on the spot.

The System wanted me to unite the demon race within a hundred years, rebuild the Heavenly Court, then fight the witch race, the human race, the Chan Sect, and the Jie Sect, before finally attaining sainthood.

I wanted to curse right then and there. Wasn't this just sending me to my death? I could barely fly, and it wanted me to fight saints?
