The story uses the footprints of oriental swordsmen to connect the world's major civilization circles - the wilderness of Rus, the mist of England, the swordsmanship of Gaul, the will of Germany, the freedom of the stars, the kendo of Fuso - blending different civilizations' understanding of "sword" and "Tao" into one furnace, asking an ultimate proposition: When the sword is no longer a tool for killing, where should it go? This is not a story about revenge. This is a story about "how to live". The true way of swordsmanship is never in the killing, but between heaven and earth.
