One Piece: Rejected Twice, My Tavern Speech Changes the World

"You don't have a recommendation letter from a noble, and you're not a member of the royal family. What the hell makes you think you can apply to headquarters' military academy?!"

After failing the Marineford Military Academy entrance exam twice, Li Wei saw through this cruel, devouring world.

The Straw Hat Pirates defeated Crocodile and walked away, saving Alabasta. So why are more refugees starving to death?

Li Wei's face alight with fervor, he ranted and roared at the desperate refugees.

"So this is peace? A pound of moldy black bread sells for two thousand Berries on the black market?! So this is salvation? The common people at the bottom are left to starve to death in the ruins?!"

"Cobra can't save you. The Marines and the World Government care even less whether you live or die. If you want dignity and bread, pick up your guns!"

In this world, where violence conquers all, only greater violence can forge a new order.

With the Paramecia Military Industry Fruit in hand, he raises a massive modern army equipped with bolt-action rifles, mortars, and modern armored divisions, founding the New Order Army.

Starting in a tavern in Alabasta, this exam failure uses the iron-fisted power of modern military industry to slap the entire World Government hard in the face!
