Hong Kong Films: From Small-Time Thug to International Terrorist

Wei Wu transmigrates into the world of Hong Kong action films in the 1980s.

When he opens his eyes, he discovers he has become an undercover gangster who took the fall and went to prison.

He spends three years behind bars.

The only superior who knew his true identity is dead.

The boss who promised he would help him rise through the ranks once he got out is dead too.

He can’t return to the police force, and his path to power is blocked.

Just as he’s about to be released, he’s framed by the prison guard Xiong.

Fortunately, he awakens a System to rely on.

In this world, where gangs run rampant and criminal syndicates are everywhere, Wei Wu starts out as a young hoodlum.

He launches a counterfeit goods business, builds a luxury gambling ship, brings the industry on Portland Street into a new era, and hosts global gambling tournaments.

From street thug to gang boss, then to a tycoon of Hong Kong and Kowloon and the underground emperor of the Greater Bay Area.

Years later, surrounded by his underlings, Wei Wu stands atop the tallest building in Hong Kong and Kowloon and declares:

The underground world of Southeast Asia will hear only one voice, and that is the voice of me, Wei Wu!
