Star Wars: Force Black Hole, Rebel Ships Vie Across the Galaxy

In 22 BBY, the Clone Wars engulfed the galaxy. A Star Wars fan woke up as a frigate captain in the Separatist Alliance, with the scripts of all nine films in his head, serving a faction destined to lose.

Above Christophsis, a Jedi's beam of light blew open the command bridge of his flagship. Ryan seized the fleet command codes over the comm channel, took control of twenty-three frigates and six battleships, and lured four Republic Star Destroyers out of cover, then attacked them from above and below, winning fame in a single battle. The Jedi Council fell silent as they reviewed his tactics. After watching the battle report on a holographic projection, Count Dooku asked only one question: “Whose man is this Ryan?”

No one knew whose man he was. He stood on the side destined for defeat, yet held the entire star map in his hands. The wreckage of the Star Destroyers plunged into the ice of Ryloth, while Ryan opened an encrypted channel on the bridge. General Tann's new orders contained just one line: Escort Trench to Morlval and coordinate with Asajj Ventress. As the fleet formed up, the Force in his hands began to swirl at the edge of a black hole.
