Naruto: I'm Itachi's Twin Brother

My name is Uchiha Yuan. I'm Itachi's twin younger brother, and Sasuke's true elder brother.

On the night of the massacre, I watched Itachi slaughter the entire clan with my own eyes. When he plunged his blade into my chest, I awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan: Causality Rewrite.

I rewrote the cause of my death, turning myself from a corpse into a corpse.

Ten years later.

A mysterious member codenamed Empty has joined the Akatsuki. Tales of a demon eye are circulating in Kirigakure, and a sealed file on an S-rank missing-nin sits in Konoha's archives.

And while carrying out a mission, Itachi receives a note:

"Brother, can your Tsukuyomi still show you what my death looks like?"

This time, I will rewrite the Shinobi World's causality.

Mastermind-style story, brotherly mind games, Akatsuki infiltration, changing regrets
