Every moment you forget has not disappeared. They were collected in a library in another dimension and took on a life of their own. Cognitive science graduate student Shen Yejin discovered memory data that violated all known rules in an experiment - some "forgotten" information became clearer twenty-four hours later. This isn't an error, it's a door that shouldn't have been opened. In pursuit of the truth, he fell into a parallel dimension called the "Mesmer", where an infinitely extending forgotten library stood. Every memory that has been deliberately forgotten - whether it is trauma, lies, or beautiful things that are reluctant but have to be let go - will be turned into a living book here. The guardian of the library "Mo Li" told him: There are only three precedents in history for living people to enter the silent world, and those three people have not left. What's even weirder is that Shen Yejin found that all his life memories were missing in the library - not forgotten, but systematically "removed". He is not an explorer who breaks in by accident, but an existence "designed" by some force. This novel and its characters are purely fictitious.
