Honkai: Star Rail: Why Has My Harmony Path Turned into Propagation?

After transmigrating to Penacony, I got a terminal illness that would kill me if I didn’t cuddle people.

Luckily, I awakened the strongest Resonance System.

As long as I make physical contact with someone, I can copy their Path and absorb their power!

So I clutched my chest and stopped the girl piloting a mech.

“Miss, could I hold your hand? Just for a minute. I don’t think I can hold on much longer...”

Ding! Resonance target detected: Glamoth Iron Cavalry, Firefly!

“Luoshanlan, go on ahead. I’ll hold off the monster!”

“No, Firefly. I told you, I can’t always hide behind you.”

I swept her into my arms, feeling my stats surge. My heart remained utterly calm.

The next second, a pillar of fire shot into the sky, and the monster vanished without a trace.

I turned around and collapsed into the girl’s arms again, my face pale.

“Cough, cough... Firefly, I think I’ve run out of strength again.”

System evaluation: A perfect case of “living off a woman while acting like the strong one.” The Host is straying farther and farther down the path of shamelessness.

Me: Cut it out. Where’s my next target? That lost Emanator of Nihility looks like they’ve got some seriously high stats!
