Hong Kong Films: I Make Horror Movies and Terrify Jiang Tiansheng of Hung Hing

Shi Jian transmigrates to Hong Kong Island in the 1980s and becomes a failed director.

But he discovers that the horror movies he makes can bring urban legends to life!

After the Kwun Tong Cat Demon premieres, a cat-shaped shadow begins hunting gangsters in the dark.

When The Old Corpse in the Mountain Village sweeps across Hong Kong, the village opera stage comes back to life at midnight, and its eerie singing pours from the water pipes in every home.

When his rival Jiang Tiansheng hires a Nanyang witch doctor to curse him to death without a trace,

that night, the witch doctor's phone carries the endless sound of someone cooking. Foul, bloody water runs from the faucet, and a woman in a blue opera costume stands silently behind him...

By dawn, Jiang Tiansheng is on his knees at Shi Jian's door, his mind shattered.

Sipping silk-stocking milk tea, Shi Jian smiles at all his enemies across Hong Kong:

"You want to talk science? Sorry, this is Hong Kong Island."

"Here, if I say a legend can claim your life, then it can."
