Genshin Impact: The Shogun's Retainer, Whom She Insists on Marrying

Lin Yuan transmigrates and becomes an ordinary aide to Kamisato Ayaka.

He has no Vision and can’t wield the elements. His daily work consists of writing reports, delivering documents, and getting bullied by people from the Tenryou Commission.

Then one day, the Raiden Shogun visits the Yashiro Commission and spots the jade pendant at his waist.

“This thing... where did you get it?” The Shogun’s voice is trembling.

Lin Yuan looks down at the pendant, an heirloom that came with him when he transmigrated. He has always worn it as an ornament.

“It’s been in my family for generations. Why?”

The Shogun falls silent for three seconds, then drops to one knee in front of everyone.

“Master.”

The whole room goes deathly quiet.

The teacup slips from Kamisato Ayaka’s hands.

Kujou Sara is frozen on the spot.

Lin Yuan: “???”
