Naruto: I Am Bound to the Digimon System

In his previous life, Lin Xiaoyang was a Chosen Child. He never expected to be reborn in the world of Naruto with his Digivice. To make matters worse, in Konoha, where chakra reigned supreme and shinobi were everywhere, he couldn't form a contract with even a single ninja hound. His chakra affinity was zero, and an instructor from the ninja tool division mocked him in front of everyone, saying he was "worse than useless." But when the Night of the Nine-Tails came, and the monstrous fox rampaged through Konoha, the Digivice in Lin Xiaoyang's arms suddenly shone with dazzling light.

"Strong dark energy detected. Digiegg hatching..."

"Young man, will you make a pact with me and become a tamer?"

As the Fourth Hokage fought to seal the fox and one talented shinobi after another fell, a black-haired boy stood atop the ruins, a strange little dragon beast by his side. Years later, when the Konoha genin faced Gaara's absolute defense at the Chunin Ninja Exams, a giant dragon wreathed in flames descended from the sky. The light gathering in its mouth plunged the whole arena into silence.

"You said it yourself," the boy said with a harmless smile, picking at his ear. "Let me show you what I can do when I go all out."
