Highway Survival: I Have Hints and a Hundredfold Boost

All of humanity is dropped onto an endless highway, each person with a wreck of a car. On either side of the road lie deserts or fog, and supply crates appear at random. I get a hint System and a hundredfold critical hit. From the start, I spot a supply crate, and the System warns me that it contains a poisonous scorpion. I use my hand to list it on the exchange and sell it to an enemy.
