Dragon Raja: My Deskmate Knows the Eight Gates

After transmigrating to the world of Hokage, Lin Yi went through a period of confusion before gradually accepting reality. Just as he finally became a proud member of Konoha's ANBU, a battle sent him back to the real world with his chakra.

He thought this would be the start of an urban power fantasy about an overpowered veteran returning to the beginner's village, but it turned out things weren't quite right.

"The manga Naruto began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2007..."

"Wait, 2007? Naruto?"

On a certain black-and-white page, there he was... appearing in the manga.

Before Lin Yi could figure out why he'd become a manga character, on a sunny afternoon, his deskmate Lu Mingfei slapped an envelope bearing the World Tree school emblem down on the desk. "Hey, Lin, take a look at this for me. What's the deal with Cassell College? Are they trying to trick me into going to America to wash dishes?"

The ninja's heart, tempered and refined through years of bloody battles, was deeply battered just like that.
