I Deliver Packages in the Apocalypse

The red fog descends, zombies run rampant, and mutated beasts are everywhere. I've become the only delivery driver left in the apocalypse! Every order is a gamble with my life. Delivering antibiotics means breaking into a nest of mutated dogs; delivering serum means crossing a city besieged by zombies. Payment comes in the form of pistols, ration bars, or even passes into survivor bases! While everyone else hides in safe zones, I drive my delivery van through life and death. Apocalypse Express, delivering every order! And even more unexpectedly, an anonymous package leads me to my younger sister, missing for three years!
