Am I Crazy? I'm Grinding for Performance Reviews in the Underworld

In her previous life, Lu Qing was an office director at a major corporation. After worrying herself to death over her subordinates' performance reviews and her boss's PowerPoint slides, she suddenly died while working overtime. After arriving in the underworld, she discovered that its reincarnation process was a mess and its performance ratings abysmal, before she had even had a sip of Granny Meng's soup. To get another shot at life, she applied to become the underworld's first "Reincarnation Counselor."

She has a special "Map/Navigation System" that reveals the hidden details of everyone's past life and the best path for their next one. At first, Lu Qing sticks to her strict big-corporation ways, ruthlessly auditing the performance of every soul waiting to be reborn: she sends freeloading men to turn millstones, has unfaithful men castrated, and reserves top-tier life scripts for those who truly love.

However, after handling tens of millions of life stories, the cold "performance-review fanatic" Lu Qing gradually realizes that the supposedly inefficient, sentimental "junk data" she dismissed is actually the true meaning of being alive. While helping the fallen Immortal Emperor Xie Jihan recover his divine nature, she finally understands that life isn't about achieving perfect KPIs, but about finding a love that cannot be defined.
