In order to save his terminally ill sister, the protagonist ventures into a radiation restricted area, only to discover a mysterious genetic agent in an abandoned laboratory. On the way to escape, the medicine was accidentally injected into her sister's body, and a strange blue light suddenly burst out of her eyes.
The next day, the fortress army surrounded their shabby house. The commander stared at his sister and sneered, saying that she was the last key to the "Genesis" plan. The protagonist is shocked to realize that all the mutated monsters in the wasteland are experimental subjects, and his sister is actually the living code to open a new world.
