Journey to the West Comics

Journey to the West is one of the four classic Chinese classics. It was written by Wu Chengen in the Ming Dynasty. It is based on the historical events of Xuanzang's journey to the West to seek Buddhist scriptures in the Tang Dynasty. It is a chapter-like novel about gods and demons that combines elements of gods, Buddhas, demons, and adventures. Core story line The protagonist team consists of Tang Monk, Sun Wukong, Zhu Bajie, and Monk Sha. With the white dragon horse as their mount, four people and one horse embark on the journey to the West to learn scriptures. The journey went through 108 difficulties and spanned hundreds of thousands of miles, passing through Huaguo Mountain, Flame Mountain, Daughter Country and many other places, and fighting various demons such as White Bone Demon, Red Boy, and Bull Demon King. Finally, they arrived at Xitian Leiyin Temple to obtain the true scriptures. The four masters and disciples were each awarded titles and achieved positive results.
