In the context of modern cities, a sudden "awakening wave" broke out around the world. Some humans awakened into "awakened beings" with the abilities of historical/mythological figures, while others became alienated into "disasters" who acted according to their instincts. The world has fallen into chaos, but the truth hidden behind it is: this is a "narrative level war" fought by high-dimensional beings. The earth is the battlefield, and all awakened people and disasters are "narrative elements" invested in order to compete for control of the "main story line" of the earth.
