I Subdue Sun Wukong from the Start, Then Charge Tolls on the Journey to the West

I, Tang Sen, am a toll collector on the Journey to the West Expressway, personally appointed by the Tathagata.

Wukong wants to break through the checkpoint? The regulations will put him in his place! Bajie wants to skip the toll? He'll work off his debt!

My rules are the rules: I built this road, so leave your divine powers and magical treasures behind!

The pilgrimage route has become a toll station, and all the gods and Buddhas queue up to pay.

Guanyin Bodhisattva comes to inspect the place? Sorry, all the temporary positions are filled. Pay your incense money and take a number!

Then I send the bill all the way to Spirit Mountain, and the Tathagata's hand trembles slightly as he holds a receipt for ginseng fruit...

I'm in charge of this Journey to the West!
