One Piece: Rocks Is Reborn as Koby, King of the Marines!

"King of the World" Rocks won a grueling battle against the godlike Im, but victory came at a price. Before Im's soul departed, he corrupted Rocks into a monster. In the end, Roger and Garp joined forces to kill him.

Thirty-six years later, he was reborn in the obese body of Koby, a future Marine deserter! Facing this frail body, Rocks sneered. "Im, this time I'll rebuild order in the name of the Marines and drag you from your divine throne!"

After awakening the Dark King Awakening System, Rocks vowed to rise from the lowest ranks of the Marines. With the wisdom and strength of a former overlord, he would crush all who opposed him, become the "Marine King" who stood above the Fleet Admiral, then join forces with "Sun God" Luffy to end Im's rule for good!
