After Summer, We Part Ways for Good

This is a story about Zhang Jialing's secret crush on Xie Yi. Or perhaps they liked each other all along, but neither ever said so. Still, so many people knew. As the saying goes, how could someone warming themselves by a fire fail to feel its heat? Not every affection has to be spoken aloud. Even when everyone knows, I like you, so I hope things go well for you and you get into a good high school. In the end, all they said was goodbye. Inspired by the author's experiences, with details changed to reveal less.
